Virginia Young Democrats
The Virginia Young Democrats (VAYD) is the official youth arm of the Democratic Party of Virginia and a chapter of the Young Democrats of America. VAYD has chapters across the Commonwealth. As a member of AlxYD, you automatically become a member of VAYD, which gives you an official voice in Virginia Democratic politics.
Young Democrats of America
The Young Democrats of America (YDA) is the largest youth-led, partisan political organization in the US and is the national federation for all Young Dems chapters. YDA mobilizes young people to participate in the electoral process, influence the ideals of the Democratic Party, advocate for progressive issues, and train the next generation of leaders.
Alexandria Democratic Committee
The Alexandria Democratic Committee (ADC) by virtue or the authority of the Democratic Party of the United States and of Virginia. Representing Alexandrians, the ADC is a part of and recognized by the Eighth District Democratic Committee and the Democratic Party of Virginia.
Democratic Party of Virginia
The Democratic Party of Virginia (DPVA) is the official affiliate for the Democratic Party of the United States for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The DPVA works to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and supports its many subsidiary organizations that carry that mission forward on a local level.
